I had a great experience at the spa - I treated myself and my fiancée to a massage & facial on Valentine's Day and the treatment was fantastic (thank you Martine & Didi!). I had Martine and she asked me how much pressure I wanted from the massage - I said she could go hard on me and boy did she give me what I asked for xD
We also enjoyed the other facilities such as the steam room and hot tub (both before and after the treatment) - overall it was a lovely experience and we can't wait to return!

People around the pool area were not very considerate of others around them - interrupting lane swimming and lying putting their legs on you in the jacuzzi. One girl spent 30 mins climbing up and down the pool ladder to get her boyfriend to take the "perfect" pic - disturbing other guests. Not management's fault, but an uncomfortable experience. Therapist was unwell, so my massage got rescheduled for another date which I was informed during the day. Staff were very apologetic and kind.

I had a neck, back and shoulder massage by Martine. She was excellent, very nice massage. Reception staff is also very helpful and lovely.
