Customer service from start to finish was exceptional . Booked appointment on line, received a phone call from Steven who was so helpful and arranged my appointment with the stylist I requested. He contacted me on the morning of appointment to let me know appointment time and Sarah would be available,
Staff were friendly and Sarah was so friendly, professional with advice and styled my hair the way I wanted.
I definitely will be returning . Thank you one happy customer

The overall experience was very good, my appointment was scheduled for 12:30 but waited for about 15 minutes. My stylist was very friendly and followed my brief, I will definitely go back.

First time I have used this salon, my long term hairdresser became too expensive and too far away i was extremely pleased with the access and local position of the salon and extremely pleased with Alex who cut my hair exactly as I wanted

I did not feel welcome at all in the salon. Hair cut turned out good but senior stylist was grumpy
