Absolutely love Quality Time. Very professional and skilled staff. Always welcoming and I felt safe with staff wearing masks and wiping down chairs and surfaces after each customer.

l arrived about 15mins earlier than my appointment, Claudia quickly assigned her counterparty to wash my hair. Sorry, I never asked her name but I overheard it multiple times.
Throughout the procedure, I think my hair got washed up 6 times. At times it felt like a head massage, greatly appreciated.
Yes, I was offered something to drink but me being a fuss eater. I opted to go buy myself a Mocha. Claudia didn't make me feel like I was going to run away without paying, she gave me directions.
