l arrived about 15mins earlier than my appointment, Claudia quickly assigned her counterparty to wash my hair. Sorry, I never asked her name but I overheard it multiple times.
Throughout the procedure, I think my hair got washed up 6 times. At times it felt like a head massage, greatly appreciated.
Yes, I was offered something to drink but me being a fuss eater. I opted to go buy myself a Mocha. Claudia didn't make me feel like I was going to run away without paying, she gave me directions.

It was great to get bk to the salon, and hv my hair done... All the staff were very welcoming, esp Angie who did my hair..She did a great job, as always..The salon has been decorated, and looked lovely...I'm looking forward to going bk again...
