From the moment you walk through the door, your made to feel special. I am extremely happy with the care & attention that my hair receives. Prior to leaving the salon I am always given advice on how to maintain and look after my hair. Claudia & her team are simply amazing. Any one of them can do my hair as they are all fully skilled. The 70 mile round trip journey is worth my time - Quality Time indeed. Excellent value for money from a top class salon. Highly recommended

Quality time has already seen me 3 times in 2 months, which is saying a lot! I decided to try them out as my Aunt has always sung their praises and I’m so glad I did! All the staff are so welcoming and professional! The care they take with your hair is second to none and they will not let you leave unless you are 100% satisfied with the results and I always have been! This is definitely my new salon and I would recommend their services to all!

Every time I visit this salon I always leave feeling rejuvenated. The atmosphere is nice and chilled, my stylist always explains what they are doing and my hair feels healthy and looks good.

I have been coming to the salon for over 15 years and have never been left disappointed. The staff make me feel so welcome and relaxed. I had a million dollar facial and omg my skin has been completely transformed after just 1 treatment! I couldn’t recommend this salon enough

Had a keratin treatment here with the highly sought after Kerastraight products. My natural Afro hair has been transformed and everyone keeps stopping to ask me who did my relaxer! Claudia, the salon owner, was extremely knowledgeable and recommended the right products and treatments to keep my hair healthy. The salon itself is also the best I’ve been to in North West London with state of the art hair steamers/dryers and beautiful furniture/ lighting. Will be back in 2 weeks for my treatment!
