I regret choosing this spa for my facial. It was my first visit & I felt uncomfortable immediately. The therapist consistently made rude remarks on the quality of my skin. This was not done in a sensitive way, typically when I go for treatments I like to feel like I’m not being judged and that I am in a safe environment. I was made to feel very self conscious by both the therapist and receptionist. Further, I did not receive the full treatment and what I did receive was extremely painful.
