Poppy solved my shoulder and neck issue. They were so much in pain, and she must have been able to see where the issue was, and she got rid of quite a lot of knots I had. Thank you! I could finally breathe properly again, and the nausea was gone!

Quan spa is amazing- I've been several times now for a mixture of treatments. Therapists are incredibly experienced and you're always so well looked after (May is also incredible at waxing). Kind, caring, and amazing quality. I won't go anywhere else now!

I prebooked a makeup session then had a text before I arrived which sounded like I had to bring my own make up which was really the whole point of going. There really didnt seem to be a proper set up for doing the make up and the lady who carried it out had limited make up to use. It was ok in the end but really the whole experience didnt seem at all professional
