Lovely spa with ambient music. The first girl was new, and running around 20 minutes late, she removed my shellac and filed my nails. This was fine but she didn't ask what shape or length I wanted them. She then did 2 coats of clear varnish without telling me what she was doing, as she hadn't read that I was here for shellac reapplication. So she had to remove that. Then the owner took over and I asked for just a classic red shellac but they didn't have any red. This was to go with an outfit for a wedding. I had to make do with a very dark, almost black, burgundy colour. The shellac job was very good and my nails look lovely, but she didn't engage in conversation, spoke to people on her mobile while doing my nails, and did a lot of sighing as if I was an inconvenience. Although the salon itself is in a great location and is one of the nicest I've been in lately, I wouldn't return as the service has let them down greatly.

Firstly I had to wait 15 minutes on the bed. Then my treatment was started (wrong treatment) and I was then asked what it was I was having done. The treatment lasted 5 minutes maximum. I was then patted for 15 minutes. Entire experience was appalling

disappointed. was very rushed and ended up having to turn off the dryer that was burning my feet and let myself out of the salon. not worth the money and very average pedicure
Had to wait 20 minutes past my appointment time but friendly staff. Had Swedish massage (shoulders and back) - excellent.
Really excellent massage - worked on some really tough knots in my back and I left feeling like I was walking on air!
