as always I start my appointment latex in this case 15 min. When I arrive the venue had the signal of open but the door was locked so I had to wait 5 min in the street knoking the door. After come in finally the lady in charge didn't knew nothing about my treatwell booking, because she didn't shecked before, I did the booking 3 days in advance. The facial with Ceci was amazing, she is brilliant.
