Really excellent service from start to finish. I had gel polish removal and reapplication and the staff were friendly and professional. The salon is really gorgeous and my gel nails look great.

The staff is very nice and professional, high standard worth 35£. However the Brazilian waxing treatment could be done with more attention to detail, which would be easier if they had mobile light in waxing rooms. The beautician has left me with few visible hair on the lips and didn’t asked to do the back. For a Brazilian wax that’s slightly disappointing.
The staff member who helped me was very friendly, and the venue was very clean. Also conveniently located near Brixton station. However, unfortunately my upper lip got burned during the treatment :( I would still recommend the venue, however maybe ask for the waxer to check the temperature of the wax before starting the treatment.

The bed and room were quite cold making it hard to relax. The music was also very crackly and kept cutting out.
At the beginning g nothing was really explained to me, in regards to what ye treatment would consist of. No questions were asked about my skin etc.
The staff were very nice and accommodating.
