I waited over 20 minutes in reception and was not greeted by anyone, another client was also waiting and had the same appointment time as me. The other client then called reception to be told someone would be there in a few minutes. I had told the lady on the phone when I made my appointment that i needed to be seen at 6.30 and would not have been seen till after 7. Not impressed with the service at all
I tried to get a wax today after calling and making an appointment. When I arrived there were already two women waiting, one had to open the door for me as both beauticians were busy and the door was locked. After waiting with these women for 15 minutes, I was told I would have to wait another 15 minutes and at that point I left because I do not think waiting 30 minutes for an appointment is acceptable. Luckily I was able to get an amazing wax down the street but I will not be trying this salon anymore after such disappointing customer service.
Really enjoyed my massage. I like a very firm touch and she got it spot on! The Thai aspect of the massage was slightly odd, and I was a little worried when she climbed on me without warning - it was the least enjoyable bit. I'm much smaller then her, so it was somewhat worrisome.
Anyway, overall, she knew what she was doing and had obviously had professional training, the only downside was the communication was a little lacking. This could be due to a slight language barrier though??
