Although staff were pleasant, I wasn't made to feel as welcome as I've experienced in other places. I was not consulted on how much pressure I like from my massages, or if I had any areas I'd need focusing on. Once the massage began, there was no checking if I was OK.
The back portion of the massage was disappointingly quite mild - but in contrast the leg massage was very deep and strong, to the point that I was flinching - I didn't say anything as my philosophy is no pain no gain - but the masseuse didn't seem to notice.
Not terrible, but not blissful either.
