I have been to this salon a few times but this last time I was seen 20 minutes late for an appt which took 1h30 minutes for Brazilian 1/2 leg and underarm -too long considering I have had this done previously in 30 minutes! I understand the lady was trying to be thorough it she used the tweezers on me so much that towards the end I just asked her to stop. She used hot wax on my underarm 4 times (it's still sore 3 days later). I am afraid I will not be returning to this salon!

The massage was relaxing and i felt amazing afterward. My therapist was really friendly and pleasant and made me feel relaxed. I didn't feel rushed and she gave me advice. I was offered plenty of water and tea which was a nice touch.

I always come here for my wax. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff and overall great service.
I've rebooked my appointment so definitely recommend going, only let down was having to wait about 20 mins as they were running late, otherwise staff were polite, efficient and friendly.

This is the second time for me at the organic beauty and I would highly recommend this place! The staff is very professional and friendly and the place is clean!
I went for a hollywood wax tratment and an arm wax treatment the first time and I came back the second time for hollywood and upper leg wax. The prices are not cheap, as anywhere else in London, so if you live in the area of Brixton give it a shot!
