The spa and staff are lovely, I’ve been before for a Swedish massage and hence booked again.
Was disappointed this time. I got the impression the Treatwell appointment hadn’t fed through as the staff were surprised of my appointment. Nonetheless the lady at reception couldn’t do enough for me.
The appointment didn’t start until 1200 so was well overrun. It was a different lady this time, my disappointment being there wasn’t really the care & quality I had before. She didn’t introduce herself, ask me about any skin conditions, areas of focus. She just came in flustered and started immediately, didn’t readjust towels, positions and the whole experience felt a bit rushed and not as relaxing as before.
This hasn’t put me off the spa but I would like my feedback noted to the spa as this was disappointing.

My wife was the recipient of the spa treatment and has written her own review. She loved the whole experience and the delightful staff, and would love to go again.
