I’ve never written a bad review before so feel terrible but I had my lashes applied on the 9th August which were not great,I took picture and messaged Monique telling her that I wasn’t happy as they were uneven and not what I’d asked for (one eye had several random long lashes applied) she’s responded and said she would happily correct this. As I was already leaving for my holiday she agreed to apply my top up for free on the 22nd August at 10am. After she altered the times of my appointment twice I managed to arrive 4 mins late which she was clearly disgruntled about and telling me to lay on the bed. I then tried to tell and show her what I was unhappy with and the result That i was expecting. She immediately said she can’t see what I’m talking about and that what I’m saying I see is untrue. I gave in in hopes I would get a better result from the top up. After a very uncomfortable hour of fluid going in my eye (not sure what), tweezers trying to separate lashes I’m assuming she glued together by mistake I looked at the result, the shape and fullness was much better. Not what I feel I paid £100 for but better. monique is a great person just felt she doesn’t want to be there and as no love for it. After leaving and looking in the mirror I notice all my eyes are seriously bloodshot and partially bad (I do usually get this for a few hrs after lashes due to the fumes so wasn’t surprised but it was more than usually) It as now been 48hrs and my eyes are still bloodshot and now also itchy on lower lid and eye duck the lashes are falling not great as I’m currently at a wedding. I’m assuming she’s used a different glue that I’m having a reaction to or I have somehow got a infection from the application . After having lashes for years and never experiencing anything like this I felt I had to write a review with a heavy heart.
