Not entirely happy with the fact my appointment was changed at 1pm and I was given times which I just could not do. I then tried to ask about a refund and nothing was said, so then had to ask my work to leave early and rushed all the way over there, if it was my original appointment - I had more than enough time to get there. I was obviously late because there just was not enough time for me to get over there from Shoreditch and leave work early enough. I was then told that my eyelashes would not have been done to the best ability because I was 12 minutes late and despite me practically running into the salon to avoid this- the lady was annoyed with me, despite the fact I wanted the appointment at 5pm and 4pm completely ruined my day. All in all, the most stressful experience: I booked this in at 5pm because of the time I finish work and the journey. I then had to leave work early, which was a nightmare and killed myself getting there in 40 minutes, to then be told my eyelashes were going to be rushed. If an appointment is changed- this place should offer a complete refund, not offering alternate times (which I just could not do).
