Monique cancelled a couple of hours before my appointment via email for which I ended up travelling to the venue to no avail/wasting my morning. I was rebooked the next day and Monique was indeed very apologetic and friendly throughout the treatment. Post appointment however the lashes on my right eye dropped substantially on day 4 to the point where my eyesight was obstructed. I contacted Monique to ask if she could alter the amount of lashes that had been put on those eyelashes which were clearly not able to withhold the amount of Russian Volume attached. She finally responded after several attempts but no appointment was given despite me giving various time and date options and stating my vision impairment. I therefore had to have the lashes in question removed by another lash artist who said that the wrong fan weight and lengths had been applied to my very fine lashes, causing the significant drop and which may have likely damaged the lashes in due process. Perhaps I was just incredibly unlucky on all counts but I would neither book again nor recommend. A very expensive and time consuming affair!

It’s such a beautiful salon so quiet like a sanctuary I just falll asleep and wake u to see the magic that Monique does with the lashes. Super glam!!!

Fabulous lashes as per usual. Monique really is the 'Queen of Lashes' and a lovely lady! Wouldn't go anywhere else now and would highly recommend.
