Very disappointed with the eye lashes extension. Upon arrival the lady didn’t sit down with me asking what type of look I wanted to achieve - only when she put the patches on my eyes she asked about length/volume. She barely speaks English and she didn’t seem very concerned to understand what I was looking for, she just said that she knew what it would have been nice on me and I trusted her, as long as it was not a fake/dramatic effect. The end result was simply appalling- extremely long and dramatic lashes, too fake for my tastes. I showed my disappointment and ask her if she could do something as I was very uncomfortable leaving with that look, she said I could cut the lashes myself or come back the following day to get them removed. I had an early flight the next day, but she didn’t seem concerned and let me leave visibly annoyed and uncomfortable. Not professional at all.

I have had many technicians apply eyelash extensions over the years and out of all the salons I have been to Monique has been the most knowledgeable and experienced. You can tell by her work, and how long the lashes last. I use to need a refill every 3 weeks but because Monique takes her time and uses quality product the lashes stay on much longer. I absolutely suggest you try this salon. It is now the only place I will go.

Very nice, Lashes are really good. Do check price before every visit though. I was surprised to pay £70 for a refill (after 3 weeks)
