Was not able to attend appointment as tested positive for Covid. Hoped the salon would have some empathy as it was completely out of my hands but offered 3 other times to rebook which was still during my isolation period when I explained that I was not able to make them I was refused any refund. The salon has financially benefitted from my illness as they were able to save money in materials for my appointment. I would be empathetic towards a late fee for hourly wage and cost of rent but to refuse even a partial refund is very greedy. I did the responsible thing by testing before my appointment to make sure that I did not expose anyone to Covid and am being charged 120 for lashes I did not receive! The salon’s policies are outdated to deal with Covid-19 illnesses and need to be updated.

Monique never disappoints. She’s so sweet and she made my lashes last a full 3 weeks. She listens to what you want and adjusts after your wishes.
