I found it hard to make a booking with this vendor. I tried multiple times to call with no answer or call back despite several messages and emailed multiple times before receiving a response.
Monique was nice at the appointment but the job felt rushed.
Monique insisted she gave me a better service of lashes than I paid for on my Groupon. I found this laughable as they began to fall off in chunks from day 1.
I emailed on day 2 to advise of this fault and received a message to say she could remove the 'better quality' lashes she had installed and refill with the mink lashes I had paid for.
When I responded to say I required an infill of poorly installed lashes and to provide availability, I received no further correspondence from Queen of Lashes.
I would not recommend this vendor.
