Firstly she had changed her whole aura as soon as she saw I was a young black female then looked at my hair and told me it was not colourable I said okay coukd I get my eyebrows and top lip waved and a blow dry she ruined my eyebrows and she gave a rough blow dry I said this is not what I asked for she kept downgrading me and said your hair I can’t put more heat on it I showed her images of my other blow dryer she told me I was lying Al in all she took £60

They was over booked even though they just opened . Had to wait around 30mins then when I started my treatment she done half my treatment then did not believe I booked several waxing treatment . Asked to see booking and how much i paid . She kept insisting I come later to finish my wax when I said no she left me half way to go do another client that was another 30mins wait . Really disappointed with customer service here .

An hour late and asked me to come back 5 hours after original appointment (10:30am) (15:00) and didnt even end up doing it someone else did.
