I went into the treatment room and was asked to take my bottoms off with the therapist still in the room, so from the beginning it just felt unprofessional. She painted the entire area with wax in one go rather than in sections in line with hair growth, which meant it was unnecessarily painful. She only used lotion on the front so I walked home with wax still stuck to me, which was painful.
