Appointment was moved to 12:45 - I rang to check the time change was accurate and the lady who answered sounded like to phone call had woken her up. I then text the number - think potentially a scam?
My appointment was over 45 minutes late with no warning. There was no staff actually in the salon when I arrived so I just had to sit down somewhere. No compensation was offered for how late everything was - and when I asked at the end of my appointment they just repeated that they were sorry for being late. I never give bad reviews but there really should be a much better treatment of customers when things like this happen. Either better communication or at least some discount if service is disrupted this severely.
