I booked a cut and rough dry but after wetting my hair in the hair washing basin the hairdresser realised the hot water wasn’t working. I sat with my head strained for 15 whilst the hairdresser tried to resolve the issue but she was unable to. Due to this she offered to cut my hair but said that Queen Lux would refund me for my haircut for the inconvenience. However, they have not honoured this. I used to go regularly to get my eyebrows done but I would not recommend and will not be returning
