The experience and communication between the staff even before arriving was brilliant. The treatment was great. I have a low pain threshold and felt no pain because Nasrin was so gentle and really took her time!
I booked and paid for 9.30am on a Sunday, I arrived only to find Queen Lux closed. I waited in the cold, phoned, text and emailed but nothing, so I went and came back at 10am - still closed! Finally I get a text at 11.30, no apology just we're open now so you can come. I was busy so asked if I could come Monday morning, reply was Yes. Unfortunately the same thing happened the next day! I eventually managed to get my eyebrows done, it was a good job but no apology or offer for inconvenience.
