I had a manicure that was rushed and only took 20 minutes instead of the 45 minutes it should have. The workstation wasn’t clean, and the tools didn’t seem properly sanitized. While the technician was friendly, it was clear she was hurrying to accommodate another walk-in customer, which impacted the quality of the service.
