Was made to wait 15 minutes then put in the seat to wet my feet in lukewarm water for 15 minutes before the technician came. The procedure was rushed and over within 30 minutes. The booking was for 1 hour without Polish but it is not what I received. Very unhappy I paid £25 for less the what was advertised and expected.
