I made an appointment on Treatwell and showed up on time. There was no-one on the reception area to greet me so I sat in the waiting area. A gentleman asked if he could help and I advised that I had an appointment, but he didn’t respond. I sat in the waiting area for another 10 minutes, with no idea when I’d be seen, despite making an appointment. The two members of staff were busy. I ended up leaving and finding a different nail bar where they were happy to greet me and gave good service.
