Points for cleanliness and friendliness. The place is immaculately clean, and the nail technicians are very kind.
Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience at Queen Nails. I waited well over an hour total before & between treatments, I was asked to pay 20£ extra for a service I did not request, and I was left with gashes on my middle finger. If I hadn’t prepaid, I would have walked out.
