I felt my manicure was rushed compared to other clients. My nails had dust on before the polish was applied. Manicure was not done by Thi, so I can't comment on her. Manicurist Harley spoke to me, did not ask how I wanted my nails shaped, or how many coats of polish I wanted.

I started using Queen Nails about a month ago as it was highly reviewed. I can confidently say this nail salon is exceptional! The decor and interior design is so lovely and clean and beautifully decorated and pleasant to sit in.
The staff are all very polite and can’t do enough to help you, they are polite and very friendly.
The nail service is amazing I’m always amazed at how efficient my nails are done and am always so pleased with the result. I couldn’t recommend Queen Nails enough!
