Really neat nails. Often I get nicked on the side of my nails when I get them done / cut the skin or a bit of pain. No issues at all here, they did such a great job, really pleased!

As per usual, appointment started nearly 30 minutes late. Stopped and started as the tech kept swapping to other customers. Unfortunately this is the 4th appointment in a row where it's started at least 15 minutes late despite having a booked and paid slot, the techs constantly swap to try and manage the number of people waiting and additional walk ins, and where unfortunately, the end result has been poor.
