Technician was a bit rough when cutting my cuticles so ended up cutting my skin which bled. Instead of being apologetic, I was told my hand was not relaxed. I was holding my hand out whilst having a pedicure so it wasn’t in a “relaxed” position and at no point did she tell me to “relax”. I spent over 30min waiting for manicure to dry but it didn’t so was partly ruined before I left. I received a text from Thi to apologise for my experience but also to reinterate my hand was tense.

Had a great experience here, the staff is lovely and professional. I was very pleased with the final look of my nails,and I have tried many places before but this one has to be one of my favourite:)

I got and infill on my acrylics and the paint is already coming off and I haven’t done anything different to what I normally. I got them done on Sunday and by Wednesday the paint had come off in areas!
