Hard Gel Extensions - Alex was lovely, but I was left disappointed by my nails. I booked my appointment for 11am and paid through the app. I received an email a few minutes later rescheduling my appointment for 11.25 - I had the choice to reschedule but not to cancel. None of the other available times worked for me, so I went to the later appointment. Unfortunately she was running behind schedule, so I had to wait until nearly 12 to before my treatment.
Despite reshaping them a couple of times, the nails weren’t the shape I was looking for. Once I left the salon I could also see that they were bumpy, had uneven thickness, and hadn’t been properly shaped on the top. There was also a limited choice of polish colours. As the appointment was running significantly behind schedule, I had to leave and fix them myself at home that evening, which was disappointing.
Again, Alex was lovely and welcoming, but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this salon for hard gel extensions.

Alex is so lovely & created a wonderful atmosphere. Absolutely loved the place!!! I highly recommend this place & the prices are so affordable too.
