One of the worst beauty experiences I have ever had. Everything was left on too long and stung like mad. It took an additional 45mins longer than usual which meant I was late back to work - the beautician was clearly distracted by her phone and kept asking me really inappropriate questions. I left with two bruised and swollen eyes and a headache. Vanessa did reach out to help but never offered any compensation. I wouldn’t return or recommend.
