Unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. During the eye brow wax the beautician ripped off a large area of skin under my brow. I wasn’t told at the time and annoyingly I didn't realise, so emailed the salon after, with pictures and requested some aftercare advice. It took about 2 weeks to heal and was really quite painful. Having not received a reply 10 days later I emailed again and am still yet to hear from them. Of course mistakes happen, just shame how it’s been handled.
