The salon is nice and well kept, however when I arrived they were running 30 minutes late and offered no consolation for having to wait for that long and didn't think to call me ahead of the appointment so I could have arranged accordingly. The treatment itself was good and the eyelashes turned out well although I'm unsure if well enough to justify the cost - I've paid less in other locations with the same outcome and I was expecting a more elite service than I received for this price.

Everything was ok, the girls working there were nice and the manicure was nicely done
Overall good experience. Was a bit put off to have an intimate wax behind a screen in the main salon and the bed was a bit wobbly. However the wax was good (strip wax at the top and hot wax on the lower intimate areas). The best treatment was the eyebrow threading, which ended up being eyebrow waxing. She recommended waxing for my hair type and gave me advice about growing my eyebrows to get a better shape. Will go back for eyebrow treatments but stick with my regular salon for intimate waxing.
