The staff were very friendly, the salon/presentation good too - my haircut not exactly what I was after and it could be down to communication from both sides. I left a bit disappointed as it was a massive post lockdown treat for me but I am now waiting for the fringe to grow a bit!

My waxing here was really great. My beautician was a perfectionist which is brilliant and I couldn’t complain about the service at all. I wasn’t sure about the ‘waxing room’ being a curtain at the back of the salon- it was fine as it was empty but I think if people had been having treatments in the main salon I would have felt uncomfortable. The towel I was given was also stained a lot so this should be looked at.
