Not Covid-19 ready. There were lots of cut hairs on the station I was sat at and in the brushes, which gave me no confidence that it had been wiped down thoroughly from the previous customer. I don't get the impression the tools are sterilized with barbicide between customers. I liked the cut of my hair, but the stylist was slightly rough at times - she rubbed a towel quite roughly on my wet hair, which damages the hair shaft, and then tugged really firmly when blowdrying.

Vanessa was great. It's the first time I was at the salon, and she really spent time on understanding what type of cut I was looking for and what works for my hair. She even checked halfway through to ensure I got the outcome I was looking for. Very happy with my fresh cut!
