I booked for a luxury manicure & pedicure it was beyond my expectations, I had all my dry skin and callus removed and a had a beautiful gel colour just before my wedding. Thank you ladies

The more i think about my visit the worse i realise it was.Scolding hot water for pedicure, having my feet tugged at, bashing my toenail on dryer so there’s now a bump. Messing up the varnish 3 times. Insulting the colour choice. Ignoring me & failing to explain what were the reoccurring issues.
Whole ordeal was 90 mins for a subpar pedicure & they had to bring in a member of staff from a different branch to do mani. Gabby was great, as was the manager with a very incompetent member of staff.
