Didn’t turn up and didn’t answer my calls. No explanation, except someone next door who told me this is a regular occurrence and that the salon is unorganised. Please please don’t waste your time, it’s not worth it and there are other salons who won’t do this

The patch test was fine. I then turned up for my actual eyelashes appointment (which I’d prepaid £50 for) and the venue was closed. I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt incase something urgent had come up but I went and asked the shop next door who said the person is unorganised and this happens all the time, she’d just left and had clearly forgotten about the appt. I honestly wouldn’t waste your time. Also both phones are switched off so I cohldn’t even get into contact with the salon. Absolutely gutted as this was for my birthday and really hoping I get my money back :(
Daughter was getting her 3rd lobe pierced and the advice we received was welcomed. It wasn’t just a case of ‘another sale’
