My treatment was 25 minutes late as Vanessa prioritised a piercing walk-in over a pee-paid appointment. When I asked about the ETS on my appointment she was dismissive “as she was with a customer”. The eyebrow waxing could not take place due to the dryness of my skin and got a poor plucking on my eyebrows that I could have done myself at home. I called Queen of Hearts for a solution and they could not give me one as they were with a customer. Didn’t feel like a valued customer, not going back.
Excellent, kind and professional service. Vanessa explained every step and provided guidance and assistance with all of my questions and made me feel safe and there were no other customers so I felt very supported and not rushed in any way.
