Mesy is friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I don't have much experience with facials, even less with anti-aging procedures like microneedling. She took the time to ask about my concerns and since I recently had a few pimples, she decided to personalise my treament in relation to my needs. At the beginning she asked if I preferred to sleep/relax or being explained the various phases along the way. I chose the latter and I felt taken care of and more informed. See you next time, Mesy!
