Disclaimer:I’ve bleached my hair for years and it’s very dry, but salons are always able to make it silky soft. But after the wash it was really knotty and dry. I asked if it had been conditioned enough. She told me that it was because my hair was dry and damaged and refused to accept it was something she’d done. She did her best to fix it with oil but I still came away with very dry, stiff hair. I’ve since had a great blow dry elsewhere. I’d have given five stars if she’d accepted the feedback
