My hair is so much darker than I expected going from blonde to dark blonde/light brown. Photos shared during consultation were very different and ultimately what I thought was happening was very different to the reality. Communication since with Gabrielle to try get it fixed has been confrontational and a poor experience. I ended getting charged a lot more than I was expecting with additional services. I ended up paying £300 for something I’m not happy with. Will not be coming back.
