Appointment was rearranged by clinician for personal reasons to late in the day. When I arrived I was asked to wait 30 minutes beyond the appointment time. Removal was a little sore, have a painful toe now. Didn’t ask for gels in the first place and had to pay for removal.

Booked a mani pedi, part way through realised I was getting gels which I did not ask for. Apparently have to ask specifically for varnish. So I was tied into having them paid for removal.

Appt was late, although Olga was a great masseuse I felt like she was a bit stressed and rushed, I didn’t feel super valued as a customer. Due to feeling rush and stress the welcoming ambience wasn’t that good… it didn’t put me at ease to relax and enjoy. Massage myself was amazing, just think salon needs to work on its customer service and atmosphere
