Sakina was lovely. A few missed hairs on the Brazilian but the facial wax was perfect.

Lovely treatment but not a comfortable or painless wax. Having had many many Hollywood waxes I am used to the pain. However, on this occasion it was painful. Although the service says hot wax, the beautician carried out strip wax on the upper part leaving the more intimate area for hot wax. Strip wax is a lot more painful than hot wax and needed more pulls. When it got to the hot wax it was so hot it burnt me (I have little marks) even after we left it to cool down it was still too hot. The beautician was lovely and didn’t leave any hairs but it was the most painful wax I’ve had

Great as always. Beauty therapist was absolutely lovely, a real sweetie and makes you feel very comfortable.
