On the 12th I've been to this salon to have a full acrylic set with normal polish. Have paid £28. 7 days later I've booked normal pedicure, add on of one acrylic nail and shellac. I didn't do the pedicure but I did the infill because the manager convinced me to do so. When I left the Salon I said that I would come back to have the pedicure and today I have booked removal of the acrylics + manicure and all on of shellac. I ended up keeping the acrylics and having the shellac manicure and pedicure. I should then pay a difference of £13 but the manager kept insisting I had a new full set of acrylic on the 19th which is not true. In the end I've paid £34 after the awkward 15 minutes of discussion and my word against the manager... maybe it's my fault nor having a proper voucher when I left the salon on the 19th June but all the situation was quite distressing and not quite client friendly. I hope they improve their communication in the future.

Really friendly service. I got acrylics and they took their time and made sure they were exactly how I wanted them to be. I will definitely be coming back :)
