The male nail tech hurt my nails 3x - focused the bit in one area too hard and too long so extreme hear friction, was chatting too much to his colleagues that he hurt me with the nail file, I bled on my cuticles with the nail bit. I caught him out as he got panicky when he thought I spoke his language. I would have let it go but his work was not tidy at all. He didn't file the acrylics properly and the shellac was a mess and blotchy.
