Sonya made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. She's lovely to chat to and very efficient at her work. My intimate wax was practically pain free, quick and achieved great results. My shellac manicure was straight to the point, Sonya is clearly very experienced as the results are fantastic even though she was able to do it quite speedily.
