I had to wait half an hour as the stylist was off sick but luckily they are very quick so I wasn't late for my plans later that morning. For some reason the venue thought I had cancelled which was odd!

Pleased with wash and cut at r&a hair design. My hairstylist was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. Not a lot of chat but I quite like that. Staff were not overly friendly but perfectly pleasant.
