Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and I learnt so much about my body and my problems from the session. The treatment was intense, in a very good way, as my problems were really pinpointed and worked upon thoroughly and vigorously. I would definitely receive this treatment again, because, as an athlete, I really felt that my body benefitted from the treatment and moved my injuries forward. The staff were also really friendly, lively and I found them great to work with.
