The first time in all my 29 years that someone made a difference not only in the treatment but in explaining to me so I understood the muscles and impact of each on each other so left feeling not only better but more empowered moving forwards too. Will definitely look to be able to go back for further treatment too

Brilliant massage and really helped to sort out a lot of shoulder pain I’d had. Worked really deep and kept checking if pressure was ok. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing back, neck and shoulder massage. Probably the best I’ve ever had! Listened to my problem and really worked on the points that were causing the pain. Felt totally at ease the whole time - would highly recommend :)
