Had massages before but first sports massage specifically, Daniel was very informed and explained everything perfectly. He was very attentive and reassuring making sure it wasn't painful. We went over our time and he still didn't rush and took the time to make sure I was sent away with great stretches for aftercare. no pressure to book again, but I absolutely will!
